There are a further 3 activity packs which can be added during the quote process on payment of an additional premium.

  • All activities below are covered on an amateur/non-professional basis.
  • Personal Liability is excluded for those sports and activities marked with a *.

When you purchase an additional Activity Pack, all activities in previous Activity Packs are also included. For example, purchasing Activity Pack 3 would cover you for the activities in Activity Packs 1, 2 and 3.

Activity Pack 3 – additional premium applies

Activity Pack 3 includes all activities listed in Activity Packs 1 & 2, plus the following:

  • Cycling (racing)
  • Elephant polo
  • Grass/land skiing
  • High diving
  • Judo (no competitions)
  • Karate (no competitions)
  • Ostrich riding/racing
  • River buggying
  • River tubing
  • Sailing/yachting* (round the world racing, single leg)
  • Via feratta

Activity Pack 4 – additional premium applies

Activity Pack 4 includes all activities listed in Activity Packs 1, 2 & 3, plus the following:

  • Gliding* (under instruction)
  • Kite boarding
  • Kite buggying
  • Microlighting*
  • Paragliding
  • Paramotoring
  • Parapenting/paraponting
  • Parasailing/parascending (over land)
  • Potholing/caving (using appropriate safety equipment and clothing)
  • Quad biking (accompanied by a qualified instructor/leader)
  • Sailing/yachting* (round the world racing/training – excluding Clipper)

Scuba Diving up to 40m is covered free of charge

The following diving limits are covered provided you are diving under the direction of an accredited dive marshal, instructor or guide. Alternatively, if qualified, within the guidelines of the relevant diving or training agency or organisation and not diving alone:

  • BSAC Ocean Diver 20 metres
  • BSAC Sports Diver 35 metres
  • PADI Open Water 18 metres
  • PADI Divemaster 40 metres
  • PADI Deep Diver Speciality 40 metres

You will not be covered under Cancellation and Curtailment Charges, Emergency Medical and Other Expenses, Hospital Inconvenience Benefit and Personal Accident of this policy if you travel by air within 24 hours after participating in Scuba Diving.
